FCC Approves iPhone, Will Ship Next Month

SmartPhoneToday reported that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved Apple’s iPhone for US release. iPhone is to be released next month (June, 2007) with 4 GB and 8 GB models. iPhone costs around $499 to $599.

We’ll have to see how well it performs under a premium price range. However, iPhone will definitely pose a threat to its smart phone competitors.
